As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while ensuring all worksheet submissions are accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain smart meters for domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage your own stock levels on company-provided vehicles and/or via digital storage facilities.
  • Provide first-class customer service and support, responding to customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all worksheet submissions are accurate and timely, meeting company targets and deadlines.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure all targets are met and company objectives are achieved.
  • Plan, organize, and manage your own workload to ensure deadlines are met and company expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current CCN1 / CMA1, MET1, and MOCOPA certificate. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary: £40,450 per annum.
  • Potential bonus: £1,200 per annum.
  • Annual leave: 22 days plus bank holidays.
  • Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided.
  • Optional weekend work and on-call shifts available.
  • Standby pay: £400 per week (Monday to Friday: £40 per day, Saturday and Sunday: £100 per day).
  • Any work attended will be paid at 1.5x rate during Monday to Saturday and 2x rate on Sunday and bank holidays.
