Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and installation services for specialist packaging equipment in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide maintenance and installation services for specialist protein-based packaging equipment.
  2. Work on a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  3. Act as the primary representative of the company while on customer sites, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  4. Evaluate customer needs, define their expectations, and plan and organize service, maintenance, or installation work.
  5. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and recommend repairs or replacements of systems and equipment.
  6. Provide customers with detailed instructions for, perform, and coordinate installations, maintenance, testing, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience maintaining or servicing process, packaging, or similar equipment is required.
  2. Mechanical and electrical skills are essential.
  3. Pneumatic or hydraulic knowledge is required.
