This individual will come in to support the origination and execution of debt deals, spanning multiple asset classes and European jurisdictions.

The Role

  • Analysis of potential new lending opportunities across a variety of jurisdictions, asset classes and loan structures
  • Execute financial modelling and credit analysis through construction of cash flow models and investment committee/credit memorandums
  • Engage in all aspects of the transaction, including valuation, financial and technical diligence, documentation and asset management
  • Carefully consider the risks of credit-backed investments including market research and financial analysis
  • Work in a dynamic, non-hierarchical structure allowing broad exposure to the transaction life cycle
The Candidate

  • Previous finance experience, ideally with some commercial real estate experience and strong cash flow modelling ability
  • Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task multiple projects whilst maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency
  • Tenacious and focused with a strong drive to succeed
  • Highly analytical coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Has the ability to communicate and interact with confidence and professional ease with internal and external senior executives
  • Possess a strong academic background and demonstrate an interest in real estate and finance
  • Very organised with excellent time management skills
