As the Managing Director of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's success by cultivating relationships with sophisticated institutional investors and overseeing a diverse portfolio of core plus assets valued at over EUR 1.1 billion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the sourcing, underwriting, and asset management of real estate investments across Europe.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, providing strategic guidance and tailored investment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare comprehensive investment committee memoranda to support informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate effectively with stakeholders and external advisors to ensure successful execution of transactions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of twelve years of experience in real estate private equity or private debt investing, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience in capital raising and client-facing roles, with a strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of risk/reward dynamics within the real estate market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of complex investment strategies.
