The Opportunity
In the role of Housing Support Assistant, here's an example of what you'll be doing to make an impact:

The post-holder will be required to provide a wide range of administrative support to a number of services within the Strategic

Housing Division. In particular, the post is responsible for providing support for the Disabled Facilities Grant Team and to customers using the service which provides home adaptations for vulnerable people.


The post-holder will be required to answer queries directly from our customers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have...

Experience of dealing with queries from internal and external customers

Experience of maintaining and updating records

Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
to prepare reports, spreadsheets and maintain databases, update systems and process Purchase Orders

GCSE Maths and English at Grades A-C or equivalent.
