Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and proactive Mental Health Recovery Assistant to become part of our welcoming team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to residents who require assistance with their mental health needs, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trusting and supportive relationships with service users to enhance their experience at our facility
- Motivating service users to participate in a variety of engaging social activities both in and out of their living spaces
- Conducting welfare assessments, aiding residents with appointments, and delivering exceptional tenancy support
This position offers full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) or part-time options, with flexibility required to meet the service's needs, including weekends and bank holidays.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, and prior experience in care is not mandatory. A genuine commitment to providing person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs is essential.
Comprehensive training is available through our Creative Support Training Academy, along with opportunities to pursue a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
