Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence, recovery, and service user dignity.
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses, reporting care given to qualified nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Care Certificate completed.
  • NVQ 3 Health and Social Care.
  • Recent, relevant experience of working within mental health.
