Join our Team as a Baby Room Leader

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced team member to lead our baby room. The ideal candidate must have a childcare Level 3 qualification and a minimum of one year of experience working with babies or under twos.

As a Baby Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a small team to provide high-quality childcare
  • Ensuring adherence to the EYFS and maintaining a safe room environment
  • Supervising children and attending to their needs
  • Planning daily activities and recording children's progress
  • Building strong relationships with parents
