Role Overview:
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team and maintaining the highest standards of care and educational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional quality standards within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily tasks
- Ensure effective staff deployment to uphold required standards
- Implement nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children appropriately
- Ensure nursery practices comply with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
- Provide professional feedback to parents regarding their child's progress
- Promote the nursery to both current and prospective families
- Foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and caregivers
