Role Overview:
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading the staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality standards within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily tasks

- Ensure nursery practices comply with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
