As a Room Leader at Grandir UK, you will provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education. You will be responsible for promoting high standards of quality within the nursery, supporting and supervising playroom staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of nursery procedures.

Our nursery in Peterborough is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our management team. You will enjoy a range of benefits, including employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
