THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESThis is an exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate individual, who can build strong cross-functional relationships, and who has excellent organisational and time management skills.


Responsibilities will include:

Support the day-to-day running of the press office, including day to day tasks and administrative dutiesSupport all sample management for editorial and paid projects liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure contact databases are monitored and consistently updated, and ensure all UK press samples are monitored in Fashion GPS Monitor daily UK coverage across print, digital and social and support with compiling weekly and campaign-specific reports in liaison with global teams Assist the PR assistant in seasonal press gifting Support the co-ordination of UK press events and experiences Assist with invoicing, including raising, processing and tracking PO's Additional ad hoc support to the UK influence and community team during busy periods THE PERSONAble to build and maintain strong relationships across the business – a collaborative team player.
