Internal Communications Director

About the Role:

VMA GROUP is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team in central London. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering internal communications campaigns and initiatives for our UK and EMEA-based audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate internal communications materials, including company announcements, news, and updates.
  • Design and deliver internal communications campaigns, including town halls, podcasts, vlogs, and blogs, to promote company initiatives and values.
  • Manage and maintain internal communications channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze internal communications metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and HR.
  • Experience with internal communications tools and platforms, including email, intranet, and other digital channels.
