Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

Grosvenor Group is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering internal communications within our largest business, Grosvenor Property UK, and our Group Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver internal communications for Grosvenor Property UK and the Group Team, coordinating communications targeting London-based employees.
  • Support internal communications initiatives aimed at Grosvenor Family Office employees as required.
  • Work with teams across the business to gather and create simple and engaging content and news in different formats.
  • Manage our key digital internal communications channels, including the Intranet, news round-ups, internal screens, and Executive videos.
  • Track the performance of different internal communications that are issued.
  • Work with the Head of Internal Communications and other members of the Corporate Affairs team to support project-specific internal campaigns, employee events, and awards.
  • Provide internal communications guidance and support for dedicated initiatives by the Group Team's specialist functions.
  • Provide targeted/project operational support to internal communications and employee engagement for the Grosvenor Family Office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills and good creative ability with experience in generating graphics and video content.
  • Working knowledge and strategic understanding of internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Clear demonstration of successful management of projects/campaigns.
  • Adept at using a range of communication channels and proficient with applications including Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook 365, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of Canva/InDesign/Mailchimp or similar alternatives preferable and video.
