Job Opportunity: Internal Communications Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Executive to join our team at NDA, a leading Financial Service organization. As an Internal Communications Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and delivery of internal communications, including employee engagement, change communications, and management communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Internal Communications Manager in developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
  • Research and create engaging content for articles, write and edit copy for the company intranet, and manage internal communication channels.
  • Organize and manage internal communication-led events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Coordinate the monthly company newsletter and other communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications within the Financial Service sector.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Service sector is preferred.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage events, coordinate communication activities, and work effectively in a team.
