Location: London, UK (On-site)

Contract Type: 12 month contract

Working Hours: 3 days per week or 5 days at reduced hours

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be assisting our corporate services team with:

  • Handling post;
  • Monitoring electronic correspondences from Companies House to registered email address;
  • Logging disbursements in the finance system;
  • Chasing debtors;
  • Updating internal systems and performing health-checks to ensure information is updated and accurate;
  • Providing support with bank account application and billing.


YOUR PROFILE
  • You have intermediary excel, word and outlook skills;
  • Previous experience with SAP S/4 Hana would be an asset;
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, you prioritise teamwork, reliability and you take the initiative to solve problems and generate results.
  • You adopt a flexible and hands-on approach;
  • You are organised with an eye for detail;
  • You are able to work under pressure;
  • You are a good team player.
