Senior Recruiter

My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving organisation in London. This role is crucial in managing the recruitment needs due to the temporary absence of three team members. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining service levels and ensuring the organisation continues to meet its client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be able to manage the end to end recruitment process, including screening, conducting interviews, extending offers and managing stakeholders through managing probations ensuring successful integration and performance within the first six months. You will ensure smooth operations by navigating and adhering to the organisations policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

Demonstrable experience as a recruiter, preferably within a medium to large-sized organisation.Ability to reduce time-to-fill from 60 to 45 days through effective recruitment strategies.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and potential candidates effectively.Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varying demands.Experience in professional services is essential; hospitality or FMCG backgrounds are not suitable unless exceptionally strongInterviews are being conducted immediately.
