Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Supervisor to join our team at the Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing general recruitment duties from sourcing to offer stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent in the legal and medical fields
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
