An exciting new opportunity has arisen for our client, a well-respected supplier of ladies and childrenswear who are growing their team and are seeking a Sales Administrator, ideally with prior experience working with Primark.

Working alongside the Sales and Design Director, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable business. You will have strong organisation and analytical skills with a proactive approach to work. They are looking for someone who is driven, a team player and enthusiastic.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in a similar Sales Admin or Buying Admin role, seeking a new challenge with the chance to learn a lot and progress. Based in Central London offices with hybrid working.

Main responsibilities will include:

Assisting Sales and Design Director. Manage and responsible for sending samples, swatches and any other information required out to customers. Assisting in the preparation of on-site customer meetings. Critical path management, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordination of customer requirements and deadlines to help advise sampling priorities. Daily sample chasing working with internal teams and external factories Raise Sales orders and order confirmation sheets to be passed to merchandising team/factories and customers. Person specifications:

1 years' experience in a similar role, ideally working with Primark. Enthusiastic and keen to learn. Must be very organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise. Good attention to detail with excellent communication skills. IT literate with excel knowledge. A hands-on can-do attitude, someone who is hard working and positive.
