What you'll do

As an International Merchandise Admin Assistant your role is key to providing administrative support across the EU Buying & Merchandising team. Working collaboratively as a team and with key stakeholders to plan, trade and sell a global product range that delivers sustainable sales & profit growth in our European markets.

  • Support in the delivery of key international goals & objectives for your product areas and Marketplace Partners e.g. planned intake, sales and operating profit.
  • Perform & deliver reporting analysis including sales, stock, commitment, intake, markdown and margin. Providing clear insight, allowing for timely decisions to be made. Collaborate with Logistics to provide regular delivery summaries, highlighting future sales/stock opportunities & risks.
  • Supporting the merchandising team to deliver clear strategies for growth using data insight.
  • Communicate & support key trade actions and support team in compiling and running central documentation.
  • Critical path management & communication of key dates.
  • Purchase order management.
  • Work collaboratively across key stakeholders (Online trading team, logistics, commercial planning, external brands) to ensure the sales, stock and intake targets are delivered
  • Have a global mindset to ensure the needs of international customers/partners are fulfilled.
  • Support the team to compile lessons learnt packs to support future season strategy & sales growth.

  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel user) Able to fully utilise relevant IT systems e.g. Power BI.
