About the role

We are looking for a Risk Business Partner to join our team in the UK. The Physical Security Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring security related aspects of Bolt operating assets. Additionally, they will manage stakeholder expectations through monthly data syncs and reporting.

Your daily adventures will include :
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with business operations, projects, products, or initiatives
  • Assist the business in evaluating risk factors such as financial, operational, legal, regulatory, reputational, and strategic risks
  • Assist the business in developing risk management strategies and recommend proactive measures to mitigate identified risks, including the development and implementation of risk control frameworks
  • Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and to proactively identify emerging risks
  • Prepare and present risk reports and findings to senior management, highlighting key risk exposures, trends, and recommended actions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in risk management to continuously enhance the effectiveness of risk management practices within the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on risk-related matters, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Conduct risk training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance risk awareness and promote a strong risk culture across the organization.
