Come and join our brand new Members' Lounge team We are looking for member's lounge assistant to join us on part time permanent basis.

We are forming a new team of Members' Lounge Assistants to deliver a specialised concierge experience in our Members' Lounge. The team will represent the Southbank Centre as a friendly and welcoming destination in which to work, perform and visit. This includes making sure our Members' Lounge is beautifully presented, and providing a pleasurable, accessible, and knowledgeable experience for all members. Members' Lounge Assistants will also work across the site inspiring visitors to become members.

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering a bespoke concierge service to our members. You will have experience in a luxury hospitality setting delivering a personalised service. Experience maximising sales is also vital.

You will work on a rolling rota across our standard business opening hours (9am-11pm), including Saturday and Sunday. Where appropriate, additional shifts can also be worked at other times during the week depending on our programming.

Key datesThe first round of interviews will be held on Monday 22 July. There will be a morning and an afternoon session, each of which will involve group exercises and a short 1:1 interview. Second round interviews will be longer panel interviews and will be held on Monday 29 July.If you get the job, you'll start the week commencing Monday 19 August 2024.You must be able to attend training sessions at specified times during the weeks commencing 19 August and 26 August.
