We foster a close-knit, creative, and collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations. Your expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to outstanding service will inspire your colleagues.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop unique cocktails for seasonal menus and special promotions.
  • Assist the management team in recruiting and training less experienced staff as needed.
  • Work cohesively with fellow bartenders to maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage daily operational tasks to ensure the bar runs smoothly, including setup and breakdown.
  • Adhere to industry best practices regarding Food and Beverage safety and Health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a cocktail bar setting.
  • Possession of a current UK bar license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Creative, confident, and capable, with a passion for delivering exceptional beverages in a dynamic atmosphere.
  • Strong hospitality skills, energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A desire to expand your skill set and advance your career, with opportunities for future promotions.
  • High standards of personal presentation and proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or possession of a valid UK work permit/visa.
