Reporting into the VP, People Technology & Operations, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the global compensation and Benefit strategy and programmes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure our compensation strategies remain competitive, compliant and align with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Strategy Development - Develop and implement a cohesive global compensation and benefits strategy that supports PL Re's business objectives and fosters employee engagement and retention across all regionsotal Rewards

Lead the PL Re design and implementation and administration of all compensation and benefits programs globally, including base pay, incentives, equity, health and wellness, retirement plans, and other perks.Partner with regional People partners on benefit plan renewal processes. Global Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices across regions and industries to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws and regulations.Support the regional people partners with compensation recommendation and approvals.Oversee job evaluation processes, ensuring consistent and fair job grading across the organisation Policy & Process harmonisation Develop and harmonize compensation and benefits policies and procedures across regions, balancing global consistency with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with all relevant global laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, including but not limited to tax regulations, and healthcare legislation.Reporting and creating papers for Board and Rem Co meetings.Lead the annual compensation review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication to stakeholders Experience and Qualifications: Experience in compensation and benefits management, with significant experience in a global context.Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to compensation and benefits.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations in a global context.
