They are looking for a forward thinking, strategic induvial who can bring their global experience to the team that they will be responsible for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Designing and managing competitive and sustainable compensation structures and
  • benefits packages aligned with company objectives.
  • Overseeing the design and management of employee benefits programmes, including
  • health, retirement, wellness, and other additional benefits.
  • Continuously coaching and developing a high-performing team of total rewards
  • professionals.
  • Working closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and other business
  • stakeholders on all aspects of reward.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing programmes and processes.
  • Being the key point of contact for compensation and benefits topics as we continue to
  • grow and hire worldwide.
  • Using data and analytics to track the effectiveness of rewards programmes and provide
  • insights.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SOUGHT
    • Experience of leading compensation and benefits activities within a global company,
    • analysing data, and building ranges.
    • Understanding an awareness of compensation and benefits within mature technology
    • Companies would be advantageous.
    • An adaptable and proactive approach that supports creative thinking and problem
    • solving.
    • Highly data-driven, and able to use this to provide actionable insights and
    • recommendations that drive the strategy forward.
    • A strategic approach with the ability to influence decision making at senior levels of an
    • organisation.
    • Experience of leading a team with a coaching-approach to support their development
    • into well-rounded reward experts.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both when engaging with colleagues within and
    • outside of the People team, and an ability to communicate a reward strategy that
    • connects with wider company strategic objectives
