Our client, a well-known Technology, Information & Internet company, is searching for an outstanding Compensation & Benefits Manager for EMEA. Join the team to collaborate with HR colleagues and business line management to tackle compensation issues and promote the total compensation strategy in the assigned countries.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis on the effectiveness of existing compensation programs
  • Collaborate with HR and business clients to address compensation-related issues
  • Provide guidance on various total compensation matters such as pay levels and incentives
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for costing and program effectiveness
  • Participate in compensation surveys to assess market competitiveness
  • Engage with global compensation teams on projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to compensation projects including analysis, benchmarking, and communication
  • Deliver compensation training to HR and management teams
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in compensation and benefits in the EMEA region
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proficiency in creating tools and models for data analysis
  • Knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
  • This is a full-time Hybrid working contract with work in the London office required 2-3 days per week

This is an initial 9-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent placement.
