Description

  • Supporting lawyers in the preparation of legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case reports.
  • Assisting in the management of client portfolios.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice.
  • Preparing and filing legal documents with appropriate entities.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in law and the professional services industry.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when handling client information.

Profile

A successful Asset Management Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in law or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminologies.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in asset management in a similar law firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office.
