Paralegal - PERM - top tier asset manager

My client, a top tier asset manager, are looking to add a paralegal to their London legal team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team and business on the implementation of regulatory or business change projects.
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements as appropriate (including, for example, NDAs, data licences, statements of work).
  • Supporting the team and liaising with external counsel on fund changes and updates to fund documentation such as prospectuses and KIIDs.
  • General provision of commercial or regulatory legal advice to internal stakeholders (under supervision as appropriate)

    The successful candidate will have excellent written and organisational skills - previous experience of funds and/or regulatory work in a top law firm or equivalent in-house organisation is essential.
