Elite US Law Firm Seeks Experienced Funds Paralegal

Taylor Root Dusseldorf have partnered with an Elite US law firm in their search for an experienced Funds Paralegal to join their London office. This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Our client has been at the forefront of transactional law since their founding and is widely acknowledged as the industry leader in the US and London. The London office provides advice to the world's leading corporations, investment funds, and financial institutions.

The firm's asset management practice makes up a large percentage of their London office's revenue and works with financial services institutions and investment funds to advise on hedge funds, private equity/buyout funds, credit funds, and real estate funds. You will often find this firm representing the big names in the market for investment banks and asset managers in London.

As a Paralegal in the Asset Management team, you will gain exposure to all aspects of fund management. This includes advising financial sponsors, investment advisors, and other financial institutions on the structuring, establishment, and operation of private investment funds. You will also work with alternative investment funds across various asset classes, such as private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate, as well as managed accounts, co-investment funds, and fund financing arrangements.

  • Collaborating with financial institutions on the operation of private investment funds
