Taylor Root has partnered with an elite US law firm to find a skilled Funds Paralegal for their London office. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers a unique opportunity to work with a market leader in transactional law.

About the Firm

The firm is renowned for its expertise in transactional law, advising leading corporations, investment funds, and financial institutions. Their asset management practice generates a significant portion of their revenue, working with FS institutions and investment funds on hedge funds, private equity, credit funds, and real estate funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising fund sponsors, investment advisors, and financial institutions on fund structuring, establishment, and operation
  • Working with alternative investment funds across various asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate
  • Assisting with managed accounts, co-investment funds, and fund financing arrangements
