Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leveraged Finance Paralegal to join our team. As a Leveraged Finance Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers and clients in the preparation and execution of leveraged finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents related to leveraged finance transactions, including loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional documents.

  • Managing Due Diligence Processes

You will manage due diligence processes and maintain transaction files, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.

  • Coordinating with Stakeholders

You will coordinate with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders on transactional matters, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the progress of the transaction.

  • Research and Compliance

You will research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients' interests are protected and that we are compliant with all relevant requirements.

  • Supporting the Team

You will assist in preparing presentations and training materials, and may be required to mentor and supervise junior team members.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience

You will need a degree in Law or a related field, and proven experience in a paralegal role within a top-tier law firm or a similar organisation.

  • Skills and Abilities

You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
