Key Responsibilities:

Closing and Transaction Support:

  • Assist with closing preparations, including signing packs and coordination.
  • Manage transaction documents and filing processes.

Liaison and Communication:

  • Liaise with opposing counsel, overseas counsel, and run conditions precedent processes.
  • Support lawyers with updating precedents, legal research, and pitch documents.

Knowledge Management and Research:

  • Maintain knowledge management resources, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.
  • Undertake searches and routine enquiries, including Companies House.

Requirements:

  • Prior transactional experience, preferably in a similar law firm environment.
  • Ability to work long hours, with overtime paid in addition to the base salary.
