Ryder Reid Legal Ltd is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join its Private Credit/Leveraged Finance team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with closing processes, preparing signing packs, and coordinating signing and completion.
  • Supporting the filing and transaction document management.
  • Liaising with opposing counsel, overseas counsel, and running conditions precedent processes.
  • Collaborating with lawyers to update precedents, conduct legal research, and prepare pitch documents and responses to tenders as requested.
  • Maintaining knowledge management resources, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.
  • Undertaking searches and other routine enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have prior transactional experience, preferably gained from a similar law firm environment, and be willing to work extended hours as overtime will be required frequently. All overtime is paid in addition to the base salary.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a team of experienced professionals.
