Crisis Management Strategy Manager

Jupiter Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Equities Strategy Manager to join our Investment Management department in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive strategic plan focused on investment performance and commercial growth in collaboration with the Head of Equities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to inform business decisions.
- Support the Head of Equities in aligning Jupiter's equity business with client expectations through analysis and research, working closely with the Client Group.
- Assist in the development of market and profitability analyses linked to product curation, research on thought pieces, and ESG initiatives.
- Help build coherent equity platform marketing collateral to effectively communicate Jupiter's equities offering to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Head of Equities in ensuring a strong understanding among stakeholders regarding investment performance, product priorities, business opportunities, pricing, and communication.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute clear plans of action for addressing business issues.
- Act as a key point of contact in coordinating activities of the equities teams with other areas of the business, including coordinating the activities of Jupiter's equity Investment Directors.
- Work closely with the Investment COO team, including the investment management change programme, regulatory and controls environment, data science, and trading teams.
- Contribute to a culture of open communication and collaboration within investment management, resulting in strong investment performance.
- Strong understanding of the Asset Management industry, client trends, competitor landscape, regulatory and operational frameworks, and familiarity with the investment landscape.
- Exceptionally strong analytical ability, numerate, and highly data-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and collaboratively across the business.
