Our retail initiative, Shop from Crisis, is on a growth trajectory. With 16 locations currently in operation, we aim to broaden our reach over the next five years, including potential national expansion and sustained presence in various locations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Area Manager to lead a team of Shop Managers in achieving financial excellence within a supportive and collaborative framework. Your role will involve fostering a creative retail environment where teams are encouraged to explore innovative income-generating strategies, both in-store and through community engagement initiatives.

As part of a team of Retail Area Managers, you will collaborate to meet financial targets while providing guidance and support to shop teams. You will also work closely with senior management to facilitate the opening of new retail locations and oversee the recruitment and training of new staff members. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing the overall impact of our mission to combat homelessness.
