About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensing Manager to join our team at Crisis, a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness. As a key member of our eComm business, you will play a crucial role in shaping our licensing strategy and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy to acquire, maintain, and protect licenses for Crisis's products, services, or intellectual property.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with licensors, licensees, and internal stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage relationships with licensors, licensees, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure efficient and effective licensing operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in licensing, corporate partnerships, or administration, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create win-win solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
