Brand Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team at Licensing International. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for managing the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that drive profitability and align with brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective global marketing campaigns that meet business goals and align with brand values.
  • Work closely with licensors and the sales team to develop and implement product and reward concepts that fit market opportunities and business goals.
  • Assess the viability of licensed properties and product/reward concepts, ensuring they align with brand values and commercial requirements.
  • Promote brands and campaign solutions creatively and enthusiastically within the company.
  • Monitor and control product development budgets, manage design approvals, and confirm marketing plans with licensors.
  • Lead the development of campaign product/reward artwork and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with licensor guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing major brand or retail accounts in a marketing agency environment or similar.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience managing complex cross-functional teams in marketing, FMCG, or related product/brand management environments.
  • Educational background in marketing, business, or a related field, with a graduate degree desirable.
