Challenging Caseload:

  • You'll handle approximately 150 complex claims related to employers' liability (EL), public liability (PL), product liability, and property damage.
  • Dive into intricate cases, applying your expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Strategic Claims Management:

  • Review and allocate new claims, setting effective strategies.
  • Approve payments within your financial authority levels.
  • Conduct peer reviews, providing constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
  • Ensure individual team members meet quality standards.

Leadership and Motivation:

  • Assist the Team Leader in keeping the team informed about internal and external developments.
  • Foster team motivation and engagement.
  • Regular 1-2-1s with Admin Assistants, File Handling Assistants, and CH1s will maximize performance and acknowledge achievements.

Flexibility and Growth:

  • Be adaptable and determined, willing to work beyond normal office hours when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage individual performance effectively.
  • Contribute to fair and timely Performance Reviews.
