Position Overview: As a Gas Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing gas-related projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractual obligations for gas installations, maintenance, and repairs, including emergency and scheduled tasks.
- Meet and exceed client and organizational performance metrics.
- Lead a team of technicians on both residential and commercial assignments.
- Act as a deputy for management when required.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Formal education with a relevant trade certification.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualifications.
- ACS Certifications including CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
- Comprehensive understanding of gas regulations.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations.
- Proven experience in customer relations.
