Title and Summary

Global Fleet & Prepaid Corporate Card Product Manager

The Manager of Global Fleet & Prepaid Product Management is a crucial member of Mastercard's Global Corporate Card team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Fleet and Prepaid Card. This role is instrumental in developing, expanding, and executing the commercialization strategies for Mastercard's Fleet & Prepaid Corporate Cards. The manager is responsible for promoting the value propositions of these cards worldwide to internal stakeholders, including client-facing teams and functional partners, as well as to external customers, both existing and prospective.

Responsibilities:


• Assist in the development and execution of product commercialization strategies for Fleet & Prepaid Corporate card products.


• Support regional go-to-market initiatives for the Fleet & Prepaid Corporate Card products.


• Collaborate with global and regional client engagement teams to help grow the pipeline.


• Work closely with Product teams responsible for the underlying platforms (e.g., Smart Data and In Control) to ensure coherent and consistent execution and a best-in-class client experience.


• Manage and report the performance of the Fleet & Prepaid Corporate Card product portfolio using a comprehensive set of KPIs.


• Monitor market trends, product performance, and potential challenges to help implement action plans.


• Understand customer and market needs to contribute to the development of innovative Fleet & Prepaid Corporate Card payment solutions.


• Participate in client events to share product roadmap and gather client feedback.


• Attend industry events to assist in communicating thought leadership materials.


• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and franchise teams to ensure consistent delivery of a compliant product.

Qualifications:


• Experience supporting the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.


• Ability to evaluate complex strategic initiatives and contribute to the design and advancement of solutions.


• Ability to draw insights from various industries/markets and apply them to solutions and strategies.


• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach; excellent listening skills.


• Experience interacting with stakeholders at different levels within an organization.


• Intellectual and analytical curiosity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive and dynamic environments.

About you


• Experience supporting cross-functional teams/projects and contributing to the execution of solutions for complex business problems.


• Ability to play and evolve within a matrixed organization.


• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas and solutions effectively.


• Experience in the payments industry, ideally in Commercial Cards and/or in the Fleet space.


• Experience in client engagement and customer projects is a plus.
