Position Overview: The Head of Fleet Sales plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global fleet sales strategy. This position is crucial for driving sales growth and enhancing our market footprint. The successful candidate will lead a team of regional fleet sales managers, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Formulate and implement a robust global fleet sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to enhance fleet sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Sales Leadership:

  • Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of regional fleet sales managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the fleet sales division.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress and successful deal closures.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize significant contracts with fleet customers.
  • Address client inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with commercial teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with regional offices to maintain consistency in sales practices and customer service.
  • Represent INEOS Automotive at industry events and trade shows.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and oversee the global fleet sales budget.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales, particularly in a leadership capacity within the automotive or fleet sales sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural considerations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
