Position Overview: The Director of Fleet Sales will spearhead the development and execution of our global fleet sales strategy, aiming to meet sales objectives and enhance our market footprint. This role entails leading a team of regional fleet sales managers, nurturing relationships with key clients, and ensuring operational efficiency across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Formulate and implement a detailed global fleet sales strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive fleet sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
Sales Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of regional fleet sales managers to meet sales objectives.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the fleet sales division.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and successful deal closures.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and finalize significant contracts with fleet customers.
- Address client inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work in tandem with the broader Commercial teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with regional offices to ensure uniformity in sales tactics and customer service.
- Represent INEOS Automotive at industry events and trade shows.
Financial Management:
- Oversee the global fleet sales budget and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in sales, particularly in a leadership capacity within the automotive or fleet sales sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
