Lime is seeking a highly skilled Repair Quality Manager to join our Operations Excellence team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability, and quality across our warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-led strategies to improve hardware reliability, repair compliance, and standardization initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning process, including the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement training, quality standards, and processes.
- Provide maintenance and hardware feedback between local operations and our global service center.
- Collaborate with multiple functions to improve compliance and quality metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
- Travel is an important part of this role, with approximately 25% of time spent on the road.
- Master's degree in management or operations is a plus.
