Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Reliability Program Manager to join our Operations Excellence team at Zoomcar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability, and quality across our global warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reliability and Quality Improvement: Lead data-driven initiatives to identify and address hardware reliability and repair compliance opportunities, driving standardization and best practices across our warehouse teams.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Contribute significantly to the planning process, developing OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Training and Process Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement training, quality standards, and processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within our warehouse teams, encouraging the challenge and systematic improvement of repair SOPs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Provide maintenance and hardware feedback between local operations and our global service center, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Quality Metrics: Collaborate with multiple functions, including product, compliance, and mechanic managers, to continuously improve compliance and quality metrics on the warehouse floor and transactionally.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
  • Travel: Approximately 25% travel is expected as part of this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in management or operations.
