    What you will do as a Guest Personalisation Team Leader
    • Ensure to be aware of all operating systems for both reservations and switchboard, such as Avaya, Opera, Amadeus, Reserve and Tiger Uno.
    • Ensures guest bookings are set up correctly including personalised information
    • To supervise colleagues within the department (in absence of Manager), making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.
    • Ensure that mails are answered correctly and professionally
