Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Receptionist Team Leader to join us and work at some exciting new property management client sites. The role is based in either the West End and City of London in some fantastic buildings.

The role is Monday to Friday, operational hours are 7am-7pm on weekly rotation basis, although might vary based on client requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Develop strong relationship with your team members along with leading, training and motivating them.
  • Organise and execute job chats and monitor the performance of your team
  • Build a strong relationship with your Client and other Service Partners within the building.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure a smooth and professional service is offered to the client
  • Proactively communicate with the Management Team, the Client and other Stakeholders
  • Ensure the correct Rapport/site procedures are followed together with ensuring that the H&S standards are met
In order to thrive in this role, you will need at least 1 years' experience in a comparable role.

  • You need to be able to communicate effectively with peers and management, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication
  • Have a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
  • Is able to create a positive and lasting relationships with all customers and clients.
  • Be able to act on Client or Customer requests and anticipate their needs.
  • Be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
  • Have a cando attitude.
  • Is a natural people person, knows how to lead by example and thrives in building relationships with people
