We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our Guest Services team in the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices of a client in the financial services industryThe role of the Guest Services Team Leader is to effectively provide leadership and direction to a small team of Guest Services Hosts based at the firms Glasgow offices.

The Guest Services Team Leader is also responsible for the remote management of 1 team member based in the firms Edinburgh office, requiring 1 visit per month, and more if required.

You will be the first point of contact for all team members and will use your excellent coaching skills to create and nurture a culture of excellence, leading to the delivery of world class customer serviceThe Guest Services Team Leader will be highly visible, as they work closely with the firm's staff and their clients, as well as other service partners in the business.

This means that the successful candidate will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and represent our client as a proud ambassador.

The role is hands on, with the Team Leader being involved and supporting all aspects of the services that our team provides.

Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

The successful candidate will have experience of working at Team Leader level, ideally within a Corporate Reception environment.
