Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Floor Host Team Leader to join the Rapport team at our client's offices located in Watford. This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.


This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are / Flexible, based on client needs.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the Floor Host Team to a high standard to enable them to meet current and future team and client needs.
  • Communicating effectively through team talks, daily briefings, job chats, any information or changes to ensure the team are engaged with the overall vision for the contract.
  • Empowering and supporting the team, colleagues and suppliers to deliver a great service.
  • Ensuring all training and competency records for each team member is maintained, and all policies and procedures are kept up to date.
  • Participating in project work and leading projects, as directed, and implementing any actions as necessary.
  • Assisting with developing succession plans to support the longterm growth of the business as well as individual development needs.
  • Supporting your colleagues and new team members through their probation periods to meet client and Rapport standards.
  • Have previous experience as a Floor Host Team Leader.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in every approach.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Build a strong rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Aways strive to improve with innovation and creativity.
