As a Global Engineering Manager – Process Safety & Ramp Up you will lead the development of an engineering-based strategy and solutions to be deployed across Reckitt's manufacturing network in order to improve the safety of our processes and to Ramp Up the delivery of new products. This role can be based in either of our Nottingham or Hull factories.
Your responsibilitiesRisk Assessment and Mitigation:
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses (PHA) and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement risk reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
Process Safety Management Systems:
• Establish and maintain effective process safety management systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process safety
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis:
• Lead investigations into process safety incidents.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
R&D Scale-Up, Industrial Line Order, and Formal Sign-Off:
• Oversee the successful scale-up of R&D processes to full-scale production.
• Ensure alignment of technical success criteria with industrial line order execution.
• Collaborate closely with the key budget holder and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate formal sign-off processes at critical milestones.
• Acceptance signifies a commitment to deliver an industrial solution that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements agreed upon during order placement.
- Proven expertise in project and manufacturing management within a large factory environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.

- Demonstrable financial and commercial insight, adept at identifying business opportunities.
