Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support, and training to all members of the team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult and implement safe working practices with employees, visitors, and sub-contractors to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the development of safe working processes, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Liaise with external and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and embed policies, procedures, and training programs in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent HSE qualification)
- Strong knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and supporting regulations
- Relevant driving license
